जय गणेश गिरिजा सुवन, मंगल मूल सुजान। कहत अयोध्यादास तुम, देहु अभय वरदान॥

Jay Ganesh Girija Suvan, Mangal Mool Sujaan. Kahat Ayodhyadas tum, Dehu Abhay Vardaan.

Vastr Khaal Baaghambar Sohe. Chhavi Ko Dekh Naag Muni Mohe.

मैना मातु की ह्वै दुलारी। बाम अंग सोहत छवि न्यारी॥

Maina Maatu Ki Hwai Dulari. Baam Ang Sohat Chhavi Nyari.

किया उपद्रव तारक भारी। देवन सब मिलि तुमहिं जुहारी॥

तुरत षडानन आप पठायउ। लव निमेष महँ मारि गिरायउ॥

💡 You immediately sent your son Shadanana (Kartikeya with six faces) and in the blink of an eye, the demon was slain.

आप जलंधर असुर संहारा। सुयश तुम्हार विदित संसारा॥

Aap Jalandhar Asur Sanhaara. Suyash Tumhaar Vidit Sansaara.

💡 You destroyed the demon Jalandhara yourself. Your glorious deeds are known throughout the world.

त्रिपुरासुर सन युद्ध मचाई। सबहिं कृपा कर लीन बचाई॥

Tripuraasur San Yuddh Machaai. Sabahi Kripa Kar Leen Bachaai.

💡 You waged war against the demon Tripurasura and, out of compassion, you saved everyone involved.

किया तपहिं भागीरथ भारी। पुरब प्रतिज्ञा तासु पुरारी॥

Kiya Tapahi Bhagirath Bhaari. Purab Pratidnya Taasu Puraari.

💡 When Bhagirath performed intense penance, you, O Puraari (enemy of the three cities), fulfilled his great vow.

दानिन महँ तुम सम कोउ नाहीं। सेवक स्तुति करत सदाहीं॥

Daanin Mahan Tum Sam Kou Nahin. Sevak Stuti Karat Sadaahin.

वेद नाम महिमा तव गाई। अकथ अनादि भेद नहिं पाई॥

प्रगटी उदधि मन्थन में ज्वाला। जरत सुरासुर भए विहाला॥

Pragati Udadhi Manthan Men Jwaala. Jarat Suraasur Bhaye Vihaala.

💡 When the terrible poison (Halahala) emerged from the ocean churning, gods and demons alike were overwhelmed with distress.

कीन्हि दया तहँ करि सहाई। नीलकण्ठ तब नाम कहाई॥

Keehi Daya Tahan Kari Sahaai. Neelakantha Tab Naam Kahaai.

💡 You showed compassion and consumed the poison to protect creation. From that day, you became known as Neelakantha — the blue-throated one.

पूजन रामचन्द्र जब कीना। जीत के लंक विभीषण दीना॥

Poojan Ramchandra Jab Keena. Jeet Ke Lanka Vibheeshan Deena.

सहस कमल में हो रहे धारी। कीन्ह परीक्षा तबहिं पुरारी॥

दुष्ट सकल नित मोहि सतावैं। भ्रमत रहौं मोहि चैन न आवैं॥

Dusht Sakal Nit Mohi Sataaven. Bhramat Rahon Mohi Chain Na Aaven.

लाज तुम्हारी तांत न दीजे। संकट में मोहि आन न कीजे॥

Laaj Tumhaari Tant Na Deeje. Sankat Men Mohi Aan Na Keeje.
