एकदन्त दयावन्त, चार भुजाधारी। माथे सिन्दूर सोहे, मूसे की सवारी॥ जय गणेश देवा॥

Ekdant Dayaavant, Chaar Bhujaadhaari. Maathe Sindoor Sohe, Moose Ki Savaari. Jay Ganesh Deva.

💡 One-tusked, compassionate, with four arms — sindhoor gleams on your forehead and a mouse is your mount.

॥ पद 2 ॥

पान चढ़े फल चढ़े, और चढ़े मेवा। लड्डुअन का भोग लगे, सन्त करें सेवा॥ जय गणेश देवा॥

Paan Chadhe Phal Chadhe, Aur Chadhe Meva. Ladduan Ka Bhog Lage, Sant Karen Seva. Jay Ganesh Deva.

💡 Betel leaves, fruits and dry fruits are offered to you. Ladoos are presented as bhog (sacred food) and saints lovingly serve you.

अंधे को आँखें देत, कोढ़िन को काया। बाँझन को पुत्र देत, निर्धन को माया॥ जय गणेश देवा॥

Andhe Ko Aankhen Det, Kodhin Ko Kaaya. Baanjhan Ko Putr Det, Nirdhan Ko Maaya. Jay Ganesh Deva.

💡 You give sight to the blind, a healthy body to the afflicted. You bless the childless with sons and grant wealth to the poor.

'सूर' श्याम शरण आए, सफल कीजे सेवा। माता जाकी पार्वती, पिता महादेवा॥ जय गणेश देवा॥

'Soor' Shyam Sharan Aaye, Saphal Keeje Seva. Maata Jaaki Paarvati, Pitaa Mahadeva. Jay Ganesh Deva.

💡 Surdas says: I have come to your shelter, O Shyam-like Ganesha — make my service fruitful. Your mother is Parvati, your father is Mahadeva.
